Ayurveda Mini Retreat
Take a little time out just for you this spring. An opportunity to connect with yourself through light movement, somatic breathwork & meditation, and Ayurvedic self-care practices. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a pen, journal, and old towel you don’t mind getting oily. Participants will receive some self-care goodies to take home!
